Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is a semi-crystalline organic thermoplastic composed from dialkylation of bisphenolate salts.
This thermoplastic have excellent mechanical properties and can retained its properties up to temperature of 140°C. It is highly resistant to thermal degradation, and have good resistance to chemical of organic and aqueous contents.
But the material can be attacked by halogenated compounds and aliphatic hydrocarbons at high temperatures.
To be cautioned that PEEK will be completely dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid even at room temperature.

Polyurethane (PU) is an elastomer that have good combination of wear resistance, high flexibility and tear resistant. Its hardness can be compounded or formulate in accordance to the application’s requirement, these hardness flexibility is significantly important for the rollers and bumpers applications.
There are two major group of base material for polyurethane :
Polyrethane ether based - It is resistant to humidity, Fungus and Hydrolytic stable and have better low temperature flexibility.
Polyrethane ester-based - It is resistant to oil, fuel, and petroleum-based chemicals. it is relatively strong and inexpensive, but it can break down with continued exposure to moisture

Perfluoro-Alkoxy (PFA) is almost universally inert to most industrial chemicals and solvents; especially PFA tubing can handle virtually most of the commonly use corrosive chemical with only a very few exceptions. It is also recognized for its excellent resistance to heat up to 260°C in continuously working temperature. It is known for its usefulness in extremely cold temperatures well below -120°C, also it will still remain reasonably flexible in temperature up to -75°C.
